The largest contiguous sub-division in Lane County is in the works for the Thurston Hills in Springfield. A total of over 700 homes will be constructed over the next 6-8 years. The ridgeline will also have a park and nature trails within its borders. The average price will be about 400,000 dollars with prices ranging from 300,000 to 1,000,000 plus. Many homes will be custom built to suit the eventual owners.
